Q: Should i trust the designs from your team? A: 4 product managers dedicate in indoor furniture over dacates which ensure we always catch up the latest trends, creat the right products for you.

About Manufacturing CapacityQ: What about MOQ? A: Usually it is 300pcs per item. If tag-on production is available, 100pcs is fine for trial order. Q: Capacity per month? A: Normally, it's 45x40'C/month, in the peak season it can reach 60x40'C/month. Q: How long to get free samples? A: Generally it takes 15-20days to finish sample. Relative charge includes double FOB cost for samples, plus freight fee to your address. The sample cost will be returned to you if order quantity is more than MOQ per sku.Q: What is your lead time? A: 60-75 days upon receipt of order confirmation. We need to receive deposit within 3days after you confirm the order or lead time might be updated. All these are set on samples confirmation basis. For new customers, we need 5-15 days more for paper work communication.

About Certificate&TestQ: Safety raw materials? A: Yes, the main material of MDF has to be tested and we are able to provide the certificate for different markets, like E1/EPA-P2 certificates. Q: Eco-friendly paints for kids furniture? A: Every year, we arrange third party to test paints, make sure it conforms to EN71-3, which includes heavy metal and phthalates restriction. Q: Factory audit? A: Our factory has BSCI,ISO9001 and Sedex certificate,we are also walmart audited vendor. Q: Product Testing? A: We always do internal engineer testing review as per ASTM or EN standard before mass production. 3rd party test report is also available.

About SampleQ: How long does it take to see a sample? Can I get Sample free ? A: Generally it needs 15-20days to finish sample, and you will be charged by double FOB cost. Freight cost will be covered by your side. If you confirm order later, you have chance to get money back when order quantity is more than MOQ per sku. Q: Will you send me the sample picture before you deliver it to me? A: Sample pictures will be sent out for your confirmation/further comments for sure. We can also schedule a live meeting to review samples if you need.
